BPHA – Session #4 – Communications, Administration, The Law and Fraud
This session has four modules. Modules in this session provide insight on the important role of communications in plan design, management and governance, the important role of administration to ensure all eligible employees have the right coverage and the legal responsibilities of benefits and human resource management, and the extent of fraud in employee benefits and anti-fraud initiatives. At the end of this session you will have a good understanding of effective communication strategies, administration priorities, legal obligations and how to prevent and manage fraud.
